youmex placed a 8.3 MW German Enercon wind farm portfolio with institutional investor

youmex AG, Frankfurt, has successfully arranged the sale of wind farm portfolio for the Schöller Wind GmbH, Reutlingen with an institutional investor. The wind farm portfolio consists of three wind energy turbines in total by the wind turbine manufacturer Enercon.
The wind park portfolio consists of one operating wind turbine located in Brandenburg of the type Enercon E-82, which was put into operation in May 2012 as well as a wind farm under construction with two wind energy turbines of the type Enercon E-101 in Rhineland-Palatinate, which will be put into operation in August 2015. Both wind farms in total will produce approximately 18.5 million kWh per year, whereby approx. 5.000 households can be supplied.
With the sale of the wind park portfolio Schöller Wind und youmex continue their successful cooperation from the previous year.
Again youmex served as a transaction manager for the sale of the wind farm. In addition to the structuring of the sales process, including investor sourcing and the following benchmarking, youmex assisted the parties with support regarding the sales agreement negotiations and documentation until the fulfilment of conditions precedent and the closing of transaction.
