The Institutional Sales unit focuses on the placement of securities of small and medium-sized enterprises as well as medium-sized corporations for

• IPOs
• Bonds
• Secondary issuances
• Increases of capital
• Reallocations (block trades)

We arrange issuer road shows with institutional investors (Institutional Sales) and semi-institutional investors in Germany and Europe. Financial services institutes cooperating with youmex place the securities directly with these investors.
For the sale of securities to private investors, we tie in direct banks and multi-branch banks as retail brokers as part of the respective consortium.

Financial services institutes cooperating with youmex are part of the placement consortium in IPOs and act as a sales agent, but also as a link to investors for the re-allocation of shares and capital increases.

In the Fixed Income unit, as a placement coordinator, youmex under involvement of its partners approved by the BaFin is responsible for organizing the sales force for placing corporate bonds, convertible bonds and profit participation certificates.
